How to use this site

Wedding planning is mostly a sequence, and the order matters more than the effort. Four decisions determine almost everything downstream: how many people you are inviting, roughly what you can spend, when you are getting married, and where. Everything else follows from those.

So the useful order is: draft the guest list first, because guest count drives the budget and the venue size. Put that number into the budget calculator to see what a wedding of that size actually costs in your region, and adjust the list if the answer is uncomfortable. Then find the venue, using the venue checklist so you ask the questions that matter before you sign.

With a date and a venue fixed, the stationery countdown tells you when each mailing has to go out, and the guest list builder tracks replies as they come back. In the final two months, the seating chart and the day-of timeline turn all of that into the documents your vendors need.

Is it really free?

Yes. Every tool on this site is free and there is no premium tier, trial or paywall. The site is paid for by advertising, which is why you will see ads once you accept advertising cookies.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no signup, no email address and no login. Open any tool and start using it.

Where is my wedding data stored?

In your own browser, on your own device, using local storage. Your guest list, budget and seating chart are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. The trade-off is that clearing your browser data or switching device will lose your work, so export a CSV when you have something worth keeping.

Can I use these tools on my phone?

Yes. Every tool works on a phone, though the seating chart maker is much easier on a larger screen because of the drag-and-drop floor plan.

Who is behind this site?
