- Add guests one at a time or import from a CSV (Google Contacts export works).
- Group multi-person households so a single invitation goes to a shared address.
- Mark each guest's RSVP status (Pending, Yes, No, Maybe) as replies come in.
- Capture meal selections and dietary notes for the caterer.
- Filter and sort by side, group, RSVP status, plus-one allowance, and more.
- Bulk-update RSVPs, generate a reminder mailto for late responders, export to CSV.
Why we built this
A wedding guest list isn't just names — it's an evolving CRM with attendance status, dietary needs, household groupings, plus-ones, table assignments, and history. Building it in a spreadsheet works until you have to share dietary needs with the caterer, plus-one names with the seating chart, and reminder emails with 30 households whose replies are late. Our builder handles all of this in one place.
What you get
A full guest-management tool: build your list, track RSVPs by household, capture meal selections and dietary needs, group invitees into households for a single invitation, and import or export to CSV.
Frequently asked questions
What CSV format does the importer expect?
A header row with at minimum a "Name" column. Common columns (Email, Phone, RSVP, Side, Group, Meal, Plus-one) are auto-detected. Other columns are kept as notes.
Can I import from Google Contacts?
Yes. Export Google Contacts as a CSV, then drag-and-drop or paste into the importer.
Is there a guest limit?
Practically no — but we recommend keeping the list under 500 guests because browser local storage has a ~5MB total quota across our tools.
