- Drag tables around the canvas to match your venue's actual layout.
- Click any empty seat to assign a confirmed guest from the sidebar.
- Watch the conflict-detection icons warn you about avoid-tagged guests, unaccompanied children, and split households.
- Print escort cards (8 per page), table number cards (1 per page), the floor plan, or a caterer sheet with meals per table.
Why we built this
Most "seating chart" tools are spreadsheets. That works for assigning Bob to Table 4 but does not show you that Bob's ex is also at Table 4, that the kids are seated next to the speakers, or that your aunt is alone at a table of strangers. A visual chart with conflict detection saves you from those awkward discoveries on the wedding day.
What you get
Design your reception layout visually: draggable tables in 7 shapes, click-to-assign guests to seats, automatic conflict detection (avoid pairs, household splits, unaccompanied kids), and printable escort cards.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work on a tablet or phone?
Drag-and-drop works on both mouse and touch screens. We recommend at least a tablet-sized screen for the canvas view; the List and By-Table views work fine on phones.
Can I have multiple layouts?
Yes — separate layouts for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and Late-Night are supported. Switch between them via the layout dropdown.
What's "conflict detection"?
When you tag two guests as needing to avoid each other in the guest list, the chart shows a warning icon on any table where both are seated. We also warn about kids without an adult and households split across tables.
