How to use this tool

  1. Add a vendor with their name, category, and current status.
  2. Fill in contact info (email, phone, website) and link to the contract URL (Dropbox / Google Drive / etc.).
  3. Enter total cost and paid amount; set the next payment due date.
  4. Move vendors through the status pipeline as you go.
  5. Filter by status to see "who am I still researching" vs "who do I owe a payment to".

Why we built this

A wedding involves 10–20 vendors and a year of contracts, deposits, balance payments, and conversations. A spreadsheet works until the payment due dates start sneaking up on you. A simple CRM with status pipeline and payment dates means nothing falls through the cracks.

What you get

A lightweight address book for every wedding vendor: name, category (16 types), status (Researching → Contacted → Quoted → Booked → Paid), contact info, contract URL, total cost, paid amount, next payment due. No bloat, no onboarding.

Frequently asked questions

Why is this lighter than my CRM at work?

Because most wedding-vendor data doesn't need a multi-week-trial-Pipedrive level of tooling. You need a contact, a contract link, and a payment date.

Can I export the list?

The tool saves to your browser's local storage. Use our JSON export (in settings) to back it up.

What's the "contract URL" for?

Paste a link to where you stored the signed contract — Dropbox, Google Drive, DocuSign, etc. So you can pull it up quickly when you need to check the cancellation clause.
